The CCHE Task Force on Alternatives to Funding Capital Construction and Controlled Maintenance was established in May of 2007 and has brought together a variety of higher education capital construction stakeholders to examine financing mechanisms and funding sources to help meet the estimated $6.5 Billion need for Colorado Higher Education capital over the next ten years.
