  Program Report Submission

JULY

AUGUST

SEPTEMBER

July 15:  All institutions submit Fiscal Report of expenditures.

CCHE releases current year Allocation Notices to institutions that submitted Fiscal Report of Expenditures.

CCHE submits budget request for next year’s financial aid appropriation.

 

Non-state-support schools may submit Request for Payment.

September 15:  All public institutions submit SURDS Financial Aid File and signed verification to CCHE.  

OCTOBER

NOVEMBER

DECEMBER

October 1: Proprietary and Private institutions submit SURDS Financial Aid file and signed verification to CCHE.

 

November 15:  Institutions may submit Request for Adjustment forms.

All institutions submit Mid-Year Utilization Report.

December 15:  CCHE adjusts allocation for any institution that fails to meet 80% utilization or fails to submit utilization report and may reallocate returned funds.

JANUARY

FEBRUARY

MARCH

Non-state-supported schools may submit requests for payment.

 

Feb. Commission Meeting: Commission approves Student Expense Budget Parameters.

February 15: Institutions may submit Request for Adjustment.

March 1:  CCHE may reallocate available funds.

 

APRIL

MAY

JUNE

April 15:  All institutions submit Utilization Report.

Institutions may submit Request for Adjustment.

 

May 1:  CCHE may reallocate available funds.

 

June Commission Meeting: Commission approves allocations for next fiscal year.

June 15:  Non-state supported institutions submit final Request For Payment.

June 25:  CCHE releases Final Allocation Notices with adjustment.
