Current Fee Schedule (effective 7/1/06, updated 3/4/08)

School Request for Action:  Applicable fee is due upon school's submission of form.

Student Transcript Search: Fee is due when submitting Records Request for closed school transcript.

Payment: Checks, money orders, or cashier's checks shall be made payable to: DPOS or Division of Private Occupational Schools.

Credit/Debit Cards are not accepted.
