CSB SCHOOL OF BROADCASTING
2000 S. Colorado Blvd., Annex Bldg., Ste. 310, Denver, CO 80222

The Department of Higher Education, Division of Private Occupational Schools (DPOS) was notified on March 5, 2009, that CSB School of Broadcasting, located at 2000 S. Colorado Blvd., Annex Bldg., Ste. 310, Denver, CO  80222 discontinued all instruction effective March 4, 2009.
The Division is working diligently to assist students, but first we must be able to identify currently enrolled and attending students, students enrolled to attend classes that have yet to start or students that may have been on a leave of absence.  Therefore, the immediate need is for the Division to identify students of CSB who were attending any of its programs and obtain specific information regarding the status of each student when the School closed.   

In the meantime, we are requesting that you immediately contact Renee Belisle so that we may continue to compile a roster of all CSB students affected by the closure.

ENGLEWOOD BEAUTY COLLEGE
3200 S. Acoma Street in Englewood, CO 80110

The Department of Higher Education, Division of Private Occupational Schools (DPOS) was notified on February 11, 2009, that Englewood Beauty College located at 3200 S. Acoma Street in Englewood, Colorado discontinued all instruction effective February 13, 2009.
The Division is working diligently to assist students, but first we must be able to identify currently enrolled and attending students, students enrolled to attend classes that have yet to start or students that may have been on a leave of absence.  Therefore, the immediate need is for the Division to identify students of EBC who were attending any of its programs and obtain specific information regarding the status of each student when the School closed.  Division staff has obtained all the available student records necessary for the Division to assist students. 

In the meantime, we are requesting that you immediately contact Bernadette Esquibel so that we may continue to compile a roster of all EBC students affected by the closure.

• Refund Tools – The Division of Private Occupational Schools has recently released two new documents to assist private occupational schools in determining the refund due or amount owed by students in the case of a termination, withdrawal or closure.  The documents were drafted in accordance with C.R.S. 12-59-114.
