• AUGUST 26, 2008 Board Meeting – Due to the Democratic National Convention and the additional visitors that will be in the downtown area, the Division’s August 26, 2008 Board meeting location has been changed. • Notice of Lawful Presence (8/2008) - In July 2006, the Colorado Legislature passed House Bill 06S-1009, which requires the Division of Registrations to verify that an applicant for licensure be lawfully present in the United States.  This bill applies to all applicants for licensure and persons already licensed by various boards and programs of the Division of Registrations.

• Refund Tools – The Division of Private Occupational Schools has recently released two new documents to assist private occupational schools in determining the refund due or amount owed by students in the case of a termination, withdrawal or closure.  The documents were drafted in accordance with C.R.S. 12-59-114. You can obtain the documents by clicking on the Refund Tools link under the School Resources heading on the left side of the page.

• Notice to Instate Schools – You should have recently received the Annual Instructional Staff Roster reporting form and the Annual Bond Attestation form in the mail. If you did not receive or have misplaced them, please click here. Please note, both of the Annual filings are due July 31, 2008.
